Gingerbread Latte Recipe – Homemade

The holiday season is here and this is the perfect time for holiday-inspired drinks to make a comeback! You probably heard of Gingerbread Latte advertised at your local cafes due to its festive feel. Well, get ready to be able to make this holiday favorite in the confine of your house kitchen.

Total Time: 1m Yield: 1 serving


  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp molasses - blackstrap or regular
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp 734 coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice - almond milk, coconut milk, etc. sweetener of choice, to taste


Mix everything together in a small pot or in a mug. Then heat until the desired temperature is reached.

(Alternatively, if you want a foamy latte: Mix spices into the coffee. In a big measuring cup, heat or microwave the milk until foamy. Then pour the milk into the coffee mixture.)

Then, of course, topped it off with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
